The only problem I had is need a bigger Men's room had to wait long time to go in, over all the server was great they answer all my question.I will go back for service
November 2-saw a Nissan Maxima on the website and made a cold call. Mike Majerek answered the phone and set up an appointment to see the car. By the end of the day i was driving back to Michigan with a new-to-me 2018 Maxima, having traded in my 2008 BMW with 195,000 miles. Mike did a great job shepharding the sale through, and has followed up since then. Thanks Mike, and G-L Nissan.
Took our 2015 Rogue back for the same issue that we hoped was fixed 2 months ago. This time, the transmission was replaced and hopefully that will take care of the issue! And once again, Jacob Kramer did all he could to make things happen in a timely manner and kept us updated. He's the best!
Shop got me in quickly. Service was done promptly and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
I called Gurley Leep and Jorge answered the phone. I explained to him my situation, which was not the best, but he set up an appointment for me that following morning at 9.I went in with my proof of income and a whole lot of prayer!!! Jorge took my information, filled out the loan application, and I looked at some cars. There was only one I liked, a 2019 Nissan Altima. I took it for a spin and loved it even more!!! Mitch worked on getting me approved, and he worked HARD!!!! His efforts were rewarded and so was I, because I left with my car... after calling my son, Ray Kirk, (who use to work there) and asked him for his advice. He said, "That's a DARN good deal!! I'd take it and run!!" I took it, signed on the dotted line , floating out the door and dancing in the rain. I'm 70, and this was the 1st car I had ever purchased in my name. Everyone, from the receptionist to the sales rep's were FANTASTIC!! Jorge and Mitch told me what they were going to do, and they did it!!So, if you're in the market for a car and a "no nonsense deal," with no small print, and the BEST DEAL in town? Go to GURLEY LEEP at the corner of Grape Rd. and Douglas in Mishawaka, IN. Make sure to ask for Jorge or Kurt!!! Jacob was incredible! He was knowledgeable and helpful and really listened to my concerns and found the best prices for me for my tires. I would recommend him to anyone!
****UPDATE: After speaking with Brad, the general manager, he has corrected all these issues and made them right. He knows how to get stuff done and make the customer happy. He has restored my faith in Gurley Leep. Thank you, Brad! Your service and prompt communication was MUCH APPRECIATED! Christian was an EXCELLENT salesman. He gave me a great buying experience. Not one bad thing to say about him. Unfortunately, it all went downhill once I got to the finance guy mitch. He got me approved but it was after 5pm and banks were closed so he had me run through a contract, stating that tomorrow when the banks were open he was 99.99% positive he'd have a better rate and I'd be signing a new contract. Everytime I asked a question (such as not wanting an extended warranty/how much this was costing/etc-I had researched before hand and knew they were not worth it) hed say "we can go through it all again tomorrow when you resign on a better rate, just sign for now" Well tomorrow came and I never heard from Mitch. I called. Oh guess what, no lower approval rate and I was bound to the contract I was rushed through the night before and never even received a copy of. Waited and waited for it to come in the mail, it never did. Was shocked when I g m first letter from the bank saying I owed $13,000 on a vehicle listed $12,900 and I had put $7000 cash down on. Called Mitch ASAP with questions. He said hed send the contract. WEEKS went by. Nothing. Called Gurley Leep and Mitch repeatedly. Finally Neil EMAILED me a copy of the contract for me to find out I was financing almost $5000 in extended warranties I never wanted. Was told I was binded to the contract I signed though I feel I was CONNED into it. Let's talk about service department now. Jacob has had me make multiple trips in for simple services. I live over an hour away. Yesterday he sent me home on a bad tire claiming it was "just dirty". Told him I cant make an hour drive into my schedule this week. He told me my extended warranty was good "anywhere" I called the company and they said as long as where I was getting work done called them first itd be ok. Did everything they said. Just for them to deny my claim bc I was dealing with multiple people. $200 out of pocket on a tire that Jacob and "two of his service guys" said was just dirty less than 24 hours before. Disgusted with gurley leep and feel they are crooks. Called sorg nissan in warsaw and they said they have heard of gurley leep doing this to MULTIPLE people, it is illegal, and I should contact the attorney general. I'd stay far away from this place in the future. My advice to Christian is go somewhere honest, with integrity, because you are great and Gurley Leep is NOT that place.
Gurley-leep's team are amazing. They always take care of whatever I need, the most honest and genuine people I know.
Joe & Mitch were amazing! I drove all the way from Chicago to get my car at Gurley Leep because I could tell from the very 1st phone call that these guys were genuine. They truly did everything they could to get me the car I wanted at the payment I wanted. 5 stars & 2 thumbs up!
